Lisa Durham is the proud owner and founder of Durham Personal Care LLC, a Black woman-owned business built on compassion, dedication, and excellence in caregiving.
With more than 20 years of experience in private-duty care, Lisa has devoted her career to helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Throughout her journey, she has earned certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant, and Med-Tech, and she is continuing her commitment to healthcare by pursuing her nursing degree, with plans to graduate next year.
What truly sets Lisa apart is her heart for serving others. Over the years, she has formed lasting relationships with the individuals and families she has cared for, often becoming an extension of their family. Her unwavering compassion, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond have earned the trust of countless clients. Whether caring for patients or stepping in to support her own family members, Lisa leads with kindness, empathy, and selflessness.
